Simple, slow-cooker dish that is sure to please. I hope you enjoy.
- 1 1/2 lbs beef round steak or stew meat, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW 6-8 hours or until beef is tender. Serve over egg noodles.
