It's chili season, and I am excited about the cooler temperatures here in Texas. This is probably my favorite chili yet. It's just the right texture for my taste and who doesn't love avocados? I also enjoyed this with Frito's. Too much goodness in one dish. I hope you enjoy!
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3/4 cup diced onion
- 3/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 2 (15.5 oz) cans kidney beans, drained
- 1 (15.5 oz) can great northern beans, undrained
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
